Reverend Robert Hagopian joined the RFD as Chaplain in 2000.  Reverend Bob is the pastor of the First Congregational Church of Rowley, and a member of the MA Corps of Fire Chaplains.

In addition to Critical Incident Stress Management, Rev. Bob has trained as a Firefighter and First Responder and responds on many incidents.  He carries the radio designation C-19.
